Introducing our newest addition to the wellness program series-
HOT YOGA!
Hot yoga (done in an extra warm room) includes all the benefits of traditional yoga with the addition of more burned calories, increased circulation, and improved flexibility for deeper stretching. Try an excellent way to get ready for spring by limbering up and DETHAWING from this cold winter!
Every Monday starting March 2 from 5:30-6pm
Space is limited; registration is required. This program is for adults only. Please bring your own mat and water.
